Responsive to Client Needs
Since inception in 2004, the Partners at MindShift Partners have spent five years building a solid track record working with a variety of public and private clients. Our initial focus was providing clients with CFOs and Controllers and, in many cases, helping these clients reduce their audit and transaction costs by cleaning up books and records prior to a transaction, such as a capital raise, sell-side M&A event or a multi-year audit.
In 2008 the Partners began drawing on their combined experience in Technology, web-based Marketing, Management Consulting and Private Equity in response to clients who were looking for creative ways to survive the economic downturn. These clients were not content to just cut costs, and were also interested in looking to the web for new ways to drive new revenue.
Due to the unique blend of experience of our Partners, MindShift can help our clients attack both sides of the P&L to bring their business to the next level of growth. We can help manage costs in the back office (Finance function, IT) or we can help drive revenues through better Marketing programs. Clients can engage Mindshift Partners to provide a specific service a la carte, or can engage us for a more comprehensive solution that simultaneously reduces costs and enhances revenue. Each engagement can be custom-tailored to maximize results.
The Partners bring their unique skillsets to bear and participate fully on each and every project, which produces an ROI that is often immediate and significant. We place a high priority on recommendations which will produce a positive impact on a client's business.
Our Associates typically have 15+ years of consulting experience, so they can hit the ground running and add value on day one. Our stable of Associates have CPAs, MBAs and have worked on prior Mindshift engagements. Our consultants can produce better analysis faster than may be available from in-house resources.
MindShift Partners works with its clients on a project basis. We can work flexibly on a full-time, part-time or project basis so your company can better control its spend.
